The David Warner-led side lost by 10 runs, with Manish Pandey's unbeaten knock failing to seal a win. Chasing a target of 188 runs, SRH had a weak start, losing early wickets.
Bhuvneshwar Kumar finishing on an expensive note with Karthik getting stuck into him. The keeper-batsman collects 16 off Bhuvi including a six and a four. IPL is like crush for youngsters and these matches are extremely amazing.
And that match was super entertaining Sunrisers really did take the game deep towards the end but the KKR bowlers were more superior as they eventually walked away with the win. Nitish Rana was outstanding for KKR, while Manish Pandey and Jonny Bairstow fought back just for SRH to fall short by 10 runs.

The Kolkata Knight Riders managed the first successful defence in the 2021 IPL despite a blip towards the end of their innings. They managed just 42 in their last five overs, but the 145 for 1 in the first 15 proved to be good enough on a dry pitch, which their bowlers exploited.
Eighty-or-nothing Nitish Rana had that eighty night on a track that didn't support his weakness: short and fast bowling. The selfless Rahul Tripathi scored an attacking fifty despite not batting at the position suited to him, opening the batting.
