MS Dhoni's mother and father infected with corona; Hospitalized

Former India captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni's mother and father have infected corona. Dhoni's father Pan Singh and mother Devika Devi have tested positive for Covid-19. Both have been admitted to a private hospital in Ranchi.

Both are undergoing treatment at Plus Superspeciality Hospital in Ranchi. Dhoni is currently leading the Chennai Super Kings in the IPL and is in a bio-bubble.

Dhoni was with his family after last year's IPL tournament in the UAE. He was away from any cricket tournament till the start of this year's IPL season. After retiring from international cricket, Dhoni spends most of his time with his family.

After four months away from cricket since the last IPL, Dhoni rejoined the Chennai Super Kings in early March. Since then, Dhoni has been following the rules of the IPL bubble. So he has not come in contact with the family.
