Bulandshahr: Eve-Teasers Take Away Life of a Young and Innocent Girl in Road Accident.

UP, Bulandshahr: Sudeeksha Bhati, 20-Year-Old, CBSE topper of U.P, Scholarship holder of more than Rs. 3.83 Crore in U.S University, and was killed by harassing and named it as road accident. Does she deserve to die on road?

Bulandshahr: A 20-year-old girl named Sudeeksha Bhati who topped in CBSE Bored by 98% from UP, later she received Rs. 3.83 crore scholarship to study in U.S, and side by side peruse her internship from Massachusetts Babson College, died as she fell from bike after allegedly being chased by eve-teasers while she was going to meet her relatives.  

In June, she had returned from U.S to India. She came India to meet her family, friends and relatives. She had plans to go back to U.S on Augest 20. 

What exactly happened on that day?

On Augest 10, a woman named Sudeeksha and her younger brother Negam Bhati were going to meet their relatives but had a met with an accident in which she was killed. We investigated from locals on the spot and the brother and it was found that a motorcycle had braked in front of their vehicle which led to the accident. The two were heading to a relative’s place. The body has been sent for post-mortem and will be handed over to the family soon.

Statement of her brother.

According to Sudeeksha’s brother and Bulandshahr Police, Sudeeksha sustained fatal injuries in a road mishap.

“We were going at the speed of around 30 kmph on our Splendour bike near Aurangabad. I asked Didi whether she wants to go home or visit our relative. We decided to go to our village first and then meet our mama. So, we were heading home when a Bullet motorcycle driving ahead of us, pulled the brakes suddenly. Our speed was slow and as I halted, the bike disbalanced and Didi fell onto the road”, said Nigam Bhati, Sudeeksha’s brother. Bulandshahr Police said she was declared brought dead when rushed to the nearest hospital.

Bulandshahr’s police statement.

The police had earlier stressed that Sudeeksha's cousin was with her at the time of accident. In a video uploaded on Twitter, the boy can be heard recounting the moments before the accident, however, he did not talk about the harassment the woman faced.

Family's point of view.

The family of Sudeeksha Bhati, has alleged that she met with an accident because two men on a bike chased our girl, who was on a separate motorcycle and tried to harass her. The district administration has said the officials probing the case have found no proof of harassment. However, a CCTV footage that shows the two men is being investigated by the police.
