11 People Died, Many were Injured. An Overshot the Runway and Crash-Landed at the Kozhikode Airport, Kerala.

August, 7 | Times : 7:45 P.M Friday

An Air India plane (IX-1344) overshot the runway and crashed landed at Kozhikode Airport, around 7:45 pm on Friday evening (August, 7). The plane smashed into two different parts, as you can in the image.

The fight is coming to ,,,. During the landing, an Air India plane losses his control and crashed into the dig in two pieces.

One passenger is still missing out of 191 passengers, AAI (Airport Authority of India) and the Recuse term is continuously searching the single person, since the evening.

As per the Ministry of Aviation Hardeep Singh Puri said that “The crash has left at least 11 dead, including two crew members Relief teams from Air India & AAI [Airport Authority of India] are being immediately dispatched from Delhi & Mumbai. All efforts being made to help passengers”.

Reason Of Huge Accident.

The Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) told the press that the flight skidded off the runway and plunged deep into a 35 feet deep valley, where it then broke into two pieces due to heavy rainfall. The landing conditions were worse than usual. Now the question raised that “If the landing conditions we’re not that good to land, then why the Airport Authority allow the flight to land on the same airport?”

The @FlyWithIX flight number AXB-1344 on its way from Dubai to Kozhikode with 191 persons on board, overshot the runway in rainy conditions & went down 35 ft. into a slope before breaking up into two pieces.

Conditions Of Passengers.

11 passengers died, many were injured and immediately taken to the nearest hospitals and One passenger is still missing. The rescue team is continuously in search of a single passenger.
